Lovely post @foodforsoul, we also get Jackfruit here in Durban but I've never tasted it. It's quite popular in Indian cookery here, have to ask my friends to share next time they get some ;)
You should try and let me know if it is as good as my husband told me. Apparently it is very popular in the vegan community in Melbourne these days. So can’t be bad at all!
