Oh my word @foodforsoul, this is absolutely gorgeous, your nutty crust is perfectly baked, rich and creamy filling with those plump raspberries on top plus the pistachios, must have been scrumptious!
Thank you @lizelle. I was lucky to get some affordable raspberries they were $6 a very tiny box. Can’t wait for spring to be back and start getting some seasonal fruits.
