That really looks delicious @lizelle have never considered strawberries into a salad like that. Chicken turned out finger licking good.
For future reference, I use Rooibos tea in Potjiekos 500 ml of boiling water on 2 or 3 bags for strength, found it goes really well with just about any meat used.
Thanks @joanstewart, will remember that! I was keen to try rooibos here but played it safe. Was really yum!
