Of the pizzas that I have prepared this is my favorite. And it's so easy to prepare ... I love pizza with eggplant sauce.

To prepare the pizza sauce use onion, ham, eggplant, tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook everything over low heat.

To make the dough use wheat flour, yeast, water, salt, sugar and oregano.

Then when you put the pizza in, add a little mozarella cheese.

The best thing about making these delicious recipes is to spoil my family and friends. They were delighted with this delicious pizza.
