I love how this dish is assembled the night before and so all you have to do in the morning is bake it off. I can just imagine how good the maple sausage and cheddar would taste in the casserole! Your mother seems like a great cook! Also, it’s interesting to know that breakfast used to be called dinner! Thanks for your entry @slowcookingchef!
Thanks, @chefsteve! It's a great recipe for when you have guests over for just that reason. While I didn't have an interest in cooking growing up my mother has still taught me a thing or two.
