Cook with Us #19 - Cachapa
I decided to present a very traditional breakfast from Venezuela: la cachapa, a very simple but tasty meal. I made my cachapa with procesed ingredients when I have little time, but it tastes better with fresh sweet corn.
You just have to mix corn flour, water, milk, and a little sugar (not needed with the fresh sweet corn). Then you get a liquid mix, like pancake's, and put it on a hot pan with a little vegetable oil.
Serve with butter and fresh chesse.
