Hello beautiful people of steemit, today I want to share with you this simple and very tasty recipe.

It is a canned coconut which I learned to prepare since I love this typical sweet of venezuela and which is very popular in the ocumare area of ​​the coast, and on a trip that made this spectacular beach aragueña already a couple of years, in conversation with one of the women who sells this candy, I asked how it was prepared and the answer was so simple that once I got home I bought a couple of coconuts and a piece of paper and prepared it!

From that moment that sweet has become custom in our house, since it is very cheap and the children love it!

Aaah by the way those green leaves that are seen in the photo, are a medicinal plant, this serves to expel the parasites, for this reason in addition to giving us a taste we also help our body to get rid of these annoying guests that occasionally enter to our body!

Ingredients:

2 coconut small
1 paper pane
1 cup of water
1 handful of pasote (optional)

preparation:

We split the coconut and we take out the pulp, we scratch it and we reserve it. We are also going to chop the pasote very finely.
Place the paper with a cup of water in a pot over medium high heat, so that it dissolves.
Once the foil is dissolved, add the coconut and the pasote and stir it a little. Let it cook for 15 minutes or until it is a little dry, as shown in the photo, turn off and let stand, serve on a lemon leaf, since This gives it a special flavor and has a better presentation!
