Fresh Pico de Gallo

Was in the mood for some fresh Pico de Gallo. Diced up tomatoes, white onion and some radish.

Cut up 2 jalapeños, took out most of the seeds. The more seeds and inside you leave the hotter it will be.

Added salt, lime juice and chopped cilantro.

Served with my favorite tortilla chips.!

One of my favorite heathy snacks. Last time I made it seemed like the flavors got better the day after they had a chance to blend together.
