What´s your FAVORITE RECIPE ?
Hi everybody, few minutes ago i chat with a good friend of mine and asked him for the yummiest recipes he ever cooked.
I´m no chef, but wisdom comes with age :)
So, with this post i will give you one of the nicest recipe i tried so far and i would appreciate if u share yours. The following links describes how to proceed, in my mother tongue (german) tho. But i´ll give u the translation of it:

What you need:
- Of course you need some mushrooms, 500g
- Take slices of ham, the kind you like most, 200g
- One onion, medium size
- Two cloves of garlic or just one (if u don´t want it as spicy :])
- A cup of creme fraiche, 200g (with herbs)
- Three table spoons of cream (if not available, a sip of milk will work)
- A small amount of salt & pepper
- Crumbled cheese, your favorite, 200g
- A dash of sunflower oil
The cooking part:
My advise is to start with breaking out the shrooms stemps [after cleaning them for sure] and cut them in small pieces.
Then you have to cut the ham and same proceedings with the onion and the garlic(s) - make sense to cut those at last, the way it didn´t lost any flavour.
The next step is to heat a pan, drop the chopped :) ingredients and roast (stir-fry) them briefly, so that the essential oils mix up.
Wait a little moment... then add the creme fraiche, the cream/milk, half of the cheese (100g) and stir occasionally.
Put the stemp freed shrooms in a oiled (ovenproof) baking dish - u can dab it with oil out of the pan - and refill the shrooms inside with the delicious mess uhm... mass :D
Sprinkle (cover) the top of them with the remaining cheese and let it bake for around 20-30 minutes by 180°C (356° F) !
Meanwhile you might clean up the cooking area, so you can relax after dinner ^_°
Bon Appétit !
And don´t forget to post your favorite recipe; or at least a link to it. Peace <3
