Awesome! Yeah any grocery store with an ok Asian section should have all of this stuff. A lot of this is to personal preference, as long as the soy sauce to mirin ratio is right (+a bit of sugar) it all comes out delicious! Aside from the marinade the prep + cooking time is no more than 20 min.
I just need some mirin and sesame oil :) thanks for the tip
