😋 Gluten-Free Banana Bread
To the attention of everyone who has to strictly control and monitor the presence of gluten in the food in our daily menu, we offer an extremely pleasant and easy to prepare recipe for gluten-free banana bread. This, of course, does not mean that this delicious pasta of culinary art can not afford it and everyone else ...
Ingredients
1/4 hrs. Floury flour
2 pcs. Eggs
3 pcs. Bananas
1/4 hrs. Coconut flour
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/4 hrs. Honey
1/4 hrs. Butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Backpacker
Method of preparation
1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Pure bananas, butter, honey, vanilla extract and eggs are mixed in the bowl. The ingredients are mixed well.
2. In another bowl, pour the coconut flour, the beaten flour, the baking powder and the cinnamon. They are stirred and added to the liquid mixture. Agitate again to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
3. Dough so prepared is poured into a greased little oil pan. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the dough has a golden hue.
4. For easier cutting before serving, it is good to let the banana bread cool for a few minutes.
