Canape with Tuna, apple and cucumber

Ingredients

On 20 canapes:

• 6 slices of bread;
• 1 apple;
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
• salt - to taste;
• 250 g fillet of salted tuna fish ;
• 1 long cucumber;
• 20 cherry tomatoes;
• salt - to taste.
  
  

Cooking

1. after separating the crust from the bread and cut the flesh into four equal parts. Now mash the apple pulp using a fork, add lemon juice and salt and mix.

2. Make tuna fish into small pieces to fit the size of the bread, and use peeler to place the cucumber along the very thin slices.

3. Gently rub the bread with apple paste and place the fish on top, on each skewer pin on the cucumber plate.

1. Place cherry tomatoes on top. Finally insert skewers in bread with apple and fish.
