Teach you to make Chinese sweet and sour pork ribs.
教你制作中国糖醋排骨。
Ingredients:
配料:
Pork ribs 500g
排骨500g
Ginger 6
生姜6
Rock sugar 10g
冰糖10g
1 tbsp of cooking wine
1汤匙料酒
1 tsp soy sauce
1茶匙酱油
1 tsp of dark soy sauce
1茶匙黑酱油
Rice vinegar 2 tablespoons
米醋2汤匙
2 tablespoons of white sugar
2汤匙白糖
1/2 spoon of salt
1/2匙盐
Plant oil
植物油
White sesame seeds
白芝麻
Sweet and sour pork ribs cooking method:
糖醋排骨烹饪方法:
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil, pour the wine, ginger and ribs, then remove the ribs and rinse them out.
将适量的水加入锅中,煮沸,倒入酒,姜和排骨,然后取出排骨并冲洗干净。
Add the right amount of oil to the pot, pour in the sugar and fry the sugar, wait until the crystal sugar melts, the oil in the pot will foam, and then the color will start to yellow.
将适量的油加入锅中,倒入糖并炒糖,等到冰糖融化,锅中的油会起泡,然后颜色开始变黄。
Pour in the ribs and stir fry them to make them full of sugar.
倒入排骨,翻炒,使其充满糖。
Pour in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, then add boiling water.
倒入酱油,黑酱油,米醋,糖,然后加入开水。
Boil the water, then simmer for 40 minutes on low heat, then add the right amount of salt.
煮沸水,然后在低温下煮40分钟,然后加入适量的盐。
Finally, let the soup absorb and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
最后,让汤吸收并撒上白芝麻。

Really interesting recipe and process @superchaoman 😉 looks delicious though I wouldn't dare to try it 😊 I am a muslim, thanks for sharing anyway, I always wondering why the chinese food so tasty without many spices added, but look at those ginger, sauces and sesame... uhhmm yummy 😉
