For these with a craving for home food, time to relish this chicken broth with veggies. Easy to cook, just 40 minutes only. So lets get started.

INGREDIENTS

1 kg chicken leg pieces
1 big size tomato
1 big potato
1 medium onion
1 bulb garlic
Ginger
5 piece green chilly
1 king chilly ( If you want more spicy)
6-7 piece of wild black pepper
50 gm beans
Spring onion or coriander leaves to garnish

STEPS

  1. Heat the cooking pan with 4 table spoons of cooking oil and toss the chicken in it about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add 1/2 or 1 litre of water based on your gravy preference.
  3. Add chopped onion, tomatoes, potatoes, chilly and salt into the chicken. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add half of the chopped garlic and let it boil about 15 minutes.
  5. Now, add the remaining garlic and ginger into the broth. Mash the potatoes in the pot so that the gravy thicken a bit. Then let it cool another 5 minutes.
  6. Add the beans/vegetables together with black pepper. You can take the pot off be burner when the beans/vegetables is cooked as per your liking. Then garnish with doing spring onion or coriander leaves.

Boom....Ready to eat.
