Making Mushrooms Delicious
Total 8 ingredients including Mozarella Cheese. I VEGANNED it by using soft tofu which I cut into slices and split by hand into smaller pieces. My mushrooms overflowed coz I like the burst of flavors. So reduce the amount of other veggies and char the mushrooms a little if you be of the Mushroom Lovers.
