Hello to the community of steemit, this time I bring you a happy birthday post from the little one of the house, which is today's birthday. Such date as today, was born and is serving 3 years of life. With authorization from my sister, to publish the photos of them, here I leave you some little recipes of Diego's birthday.

Cake

Ingredients:

•1 kilogram of flour.
• 6 whole eggs.
• 40 grams of margarine.
• 50 grams of sugar.
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence.
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Elaboration:

Place the margarine with the sugar in a bowl, beat until stiff. Then add the eggs and continue beating, once the eggs are integrated, add the flour little by little together with the baking powder and finally add the vanilla, continue whisking the mixture for 5 minutes or until you have the sigh point. In a mold of 32x4 cm already in buttered and floured place the mixture. Take to the oven and cook for 45 minutes at 180 °.

For the Swiss meringue

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of egg whites.
• 1 ½ cup of Sugar.
• Essences to taste

Elaboration:

In a saucepan, place egg whites and sugar, bring to a bain-marie cooking for 20 minutes while stirring the mixture with a wooden palette. Now ready the mixture we take it to beat with a manual mixer for 20 minutes until we reach the point sigh, ready the preparation we cover only the top part of the cake.

Delicacy SOURSOP

Ingredient

• 20 grams of corn starch.
• 1 liquefied SOURSOP with or without sugar will depend on the taste of the diner (a juice).
• 50 ml of water.

Elaboration:

Place a pot of water on the fire and the batter of corn already beaten, with a manual beater, continue beating the mixture in a constant way so that no lumps are formed. Add the juice SOURSOP in the mixture and let it boil until it thickens while stirring. Cook for 20 minutes, once the mixture is ready, take it to a bowl or cup where it will rest and then take it to the refrigerator for refrigeration.
