Ingredient:

• 150 grams of butter.
•200 grams of flour.
• 125 grams of sugar.
•1 egg.

Elaboration.

Place the lard in a bowl, add the sugar and creme for 5 minutes.

Once the margarine has been cremated, add the egg and the flour, mix for 5 minutes or until all the ingredients are integrated. Proceed to form a circle and place on a previously greased and floured tray, bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.

The cookies are accompanied with an Italian meringue and a fororo cup.
