Yes, today I am going to share with you the recipe of how to make boot dal onion, I hope you will like it, of course everyone knows the recipe, but I thought I would share it if it is useful to someone.

Materials

  • Boots dal two cups
  • 6 to 7 green chillies
  • Two onions of majar size
  • As much as turmeric powder
  • Like the amount of salt
  • Cumin powder half teaspoon
  • Amount of soybean oil

prepared method

The first thing I did was to soak the boot stalks in water at four o'clock in the morning so that I could grind them into the sandpaper in the morning.

Then what I did in the morning was to wash the dal well and grind it nicely in Shilpata and put it in a bowl.

Then what I did was to chop the onion and cut the green chillies and put the onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and cumin powder together on the dal.

After mixing all the ingredients I knead it well with my hands so that the spices mix well with the dal.

After mixing the dal and masala I covered it for a while and then put the pan in the oven and heated the oil with soya bean oil in it. One thing to note is that you don't put any dal in the stone until the oil is hot as it will spoil the onions. .

After the oil is hot enough I shape the onions in it and the dals are nicely done.

I reduced the flame for 5 to 6 minutes and fried it nicely.

My boot dal onion is ready. It looks yummy like many and it is very good to eat especially in the morning with panta rice or when we make boots I sometimes make this onion.
