CHURROS CAKE
3 eggs
3 tablespoons margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder soup

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1-Beat the egg whites and book
2-In another bowl beat the egg yolks with margarine and sugar
3-Add to this mix the flour and milk beating constantly
4-Place the cinnamon powder and baking powder and stir to mix
5-Add the egg whites and mix
6-Place in greased and lightly to the already preheated oven at 180 degrees
7-Bake until golden brown and a toothpick skewer to see if it is roasted
8-Let it stay warm and unmold
9-dulce de leche pass on the cake
10-Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon
