Chocolate fondue with orange

With the help of fondue, any fruit can be turned into a delicious dessert. And in it you can dip a cookie.

Ingredients

• 300 ml thick cream;
• 3 tablespoons of orange juice;
• 340 g of bitter chocolate;
• 1 tablespoon orange peel;
• 1 teaspoon of orange liqueur.
  
  

Preparation

In a small saucepan, mix the cream and orange juice. Heat until the mixture begins to bubble around the edges, then remove from heat. Add chopped chocolate, zest and orange liqueur, stir whisk. If you do not immediately go to the table, leave the pot on low heat so that the fondue does not cool down.

Such a dessert can be prepared with another juice, for example raspberry, and also optionally add cinnamon, nutmeg, hot pepper or peanut paste.
