The jam out of lemons

 If you looked at the jar, you'd know what the contents were. What's inside?

 I'd think it was fake honey. 

 But it is not, because inside-lemon jam! 

It so happened that the house had five lemons without rind (zest needed for alcohol) 

 Lemons had to screw up something to cook. So it turned out jam! 

 Simple recipe: 5 lemons, 1.2 kg. of sugar, 100 ml water. First, cook the syrup, then add the lemons. Cook for 10 minutes. 

 I loved it! Transparent, the present mood of autumn. There is a slight bitterness. Refreshes)
