Low temperature cooking (chicken meat)
Do you have a low-temperature cooker?
Try low-temperature cooking, which is easy, healthy and tasty, just by leaving it alone.
Ingredients:.
- Chicken meat (any number of grams)
- Salt (1-1.3% of chicken meat)
Put these in a ziplock and cook in a low-temperature cooker at 65°C for 50min-1h, that's it!
Then cut up some onions or leeks like in the picture, pour some olive oil over it, sprinkle with pepper, healthy and tasty!
