Spinach root and egg

Spinach my favorite vegetable.I wash spinach with lot of water.And wait 10 minutes in vinegar and water mixture.For better cleaning of vegetables.

Onion is roasted with olive oil.

Spinach and water is added.

It is cooked until spinach root soften.

Cheese and egg is added.

Red hot pepper is put on it.
