Mushrooms with wine and thyme
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil odorless;
- 230 g of champignons;
- salt and ground black pepper - to taste.
- 1 small shallots;
- 50 ml of white wine;
- 1 small clove of garlic;
- 2 teaspoons of fresh thyme leaves;
- sour cream, toast (for filing) - if desired.
Preparation
In a skillet, heat the oil, add the mushrooms and shake the frying pan so that they evenly spread over the surface. Fry them over high heat for about a minute, then shake the frying pan again to turn the mushrooms over.
Add salt, pepper, chopped onions and mix well. After 30 seconds, pour in the wine, add garlic and a teaspoon of thyme. Cook until the liquid evaporates.
Serve the dish, decorated with the remains of thyme, with sour cream and toast or as a side dish to the main dishes.
