Sounds superb, anything with fresh coriander and curry gets me interested during the winter months, however I am known to love spicy hot food, summer the occasional hot dish as well.

I am really pleased with this dish, Joan. I think that because it has no meat and is a bit lighter it's a potentially good meal for summer, too. Lose the lentils and it'd make a lovely side dish. I also really enjoy fresh coriander - on all sorts of things! Try it in a potato salad instead of parsley and with sour cream or yoghurt instead of mayo :D
