Trying something new, and Muffins

For diet purposes we are trying gluten-free flour. The one I used was 1 and 1 from Bob’s Red Mill. It is rice based but able to substitute equally for wheat based flours.

These raspberry muffins I made to snack on during election night were delicious! Rather than folding in the berries, I just pressed them into the tops. They are very pretty!A140E712-7141-48EE-944E-2A6106A033A6.jpeg
