Chicken with olives in Moroccan style
Chicken with olives in the Moroccan way is a great way to serve chicken in a different way. We will present it today on the
Moroccan way and some believe it is a Spanish source. In any case, whatever the source of its taste will make you cook again
Ingredients :
A kilo and a half chicken
2 cup of water
2 lemon juice
Chopped lemon slices
Green olive cup
One quarter cup of olive oil
Teaspoon ground coriander
A small piece of green coriander
Salt / pepper as desired
4 Hill Beads
Laurel paper
How to prepare
Pour chicken in water and add salt, pepper, cardamom and bay leaves.
When the chicken is boiled, raise the broth and drain from the cardamom and the laurel.
Place the broth in a bowl and put the pot on the fire.
Add lemon slices and leave to boil.
Then add olives, lemon juice, dry coriander and olive oil.
Re-season with salt as needed.
Leave the mixture to boil ten dakigas then add the green coriander and leave the mixture to boil another five knicks.
Place the chicken pieces in the baking tray and pour the broth over it.
Place in the oven until the chicken is browned and the chicken pieces become golden.
