The Ten-Seventy Nine
My wife and I have been to many famous burger places in different cities. This burger was inspired by Burger & Beer Joint in Miami, Florida. This heart attack in a bun can be quite difficult to eat. You may even have to fork & knife it. (I know, an insult to burgers but trust me). Some people asked me "why would you make it so big?" I simply respond... because I can.
Ingredients
Two Buffalo Burger Patties
Onions (I sauteed the onions in Makers Mark)
American Cheese
Shrimp
Three eggs over hard
Four strips of bacon
Two habaneros
Two jalapenos
Lettuce (If you wanna be healthy)
Mustard/Ketchup
A boat load of steak fries
Your preferred beer
Enjoy.
