Fasting, for those who want to make a "fried" (crispy) potato, but because of poor cover of the skewer, it sticks, burns up and turns into an unappetizing, soft, burnt mass (well, maybe not everything is so terrible, but it happened to me)
So, in order that our potatoes were crispy, in no case should they be covered with a lid and poured before preparation (this makes our product soft)! And of course we do not need to regret sunflower oil. The question arises - how can it be cooked so that it will not burn? The answer is simple: warm the frying pan and oil in it well, then salt the oil, salt do not regret it, but do not broach it either - it is approximately necessary that the salt occupies the entire area of ​​the frying pan, this prevents burning. Fry potatoes on high heat, do not forget to mix it. The main thing do not forget that you do not need to salt after cooking potatoes :)
