Great post. I'm a huge fan of Indian food. I've never been able to reproduce the meals I find in restaurants though. I see why. Lots of spices and ingredients I don't have in my kitchen.

    Yes...right...too much spice...I learnt Indians like & use lots of tumeric spice...and curry...

    yes,most of the spices are only found in India.
