This dish really came out looking so savory. Great Idea to add the cayenne! I always just do the traditional sweet/salty. But, I love spicy... So, why not!

It was, I do have a bad habit to oversalt my food (because I love salt), but this came out well balanced.

I make a lot of SE Asian food, so the sweet/savory/spicy trifecta is big in my cooking. I really like it in this, it adds some extra depth to the flavor. You could also replace the toasted sesame oil with hot sesame oil for a similar effect.
