Slow-carb soy dish
I don't really know if this recipe classifies as a 'slow-carb' one, but I couldn't come up with a better name for it. :-)
Boil 100 grams of soy cubes and about 200 grams of rice for 15 minutes. Add around 100-150 ml of oil before it starts boiling. I used sunflower oil. You might wanna try olive oil on this. I suspect it would give it an even better taste.
After the soy and rice have finished boiling, add them to a cooking pan alongside 3 small or medium sized chopped potatoes. Also add a mix of spices. The more spices, the better. Mix everything together.
Let the pan sit in the oven for approximately 1 hour @ 220 degrees C.
That's about it. I recommend you eat this cold, it has a better taste in my opinion. It's vegan friendly, but if you wanna go all crazy on this, also add your favorite cheese on top. :-)
This would probably be a day's worth of food for most folks.
