There are many types of hot sauces, the country where it is consumed more is Mexico.
This is a spicy that we can prepare at home. First, place the hot peppers in a blender, add garlic, salt, sugar and water, proceed to liquefy taking care of the water level, as it should remain as a puree of hot peppers.
The result of the liquefied is placed in one or several glass bottles, may be the half-kilogram bottles of mayonnaise that we commonly store in our pantries, cover with a nylon stocking and keep out of the fridge for 13 days.
After this time we took out the bottles, proceeded to liquefy the mashed peppers and put xanthan gum to thicken, so the spicy sauce is ready.
