Here in Venezuela we call pumpkin “auyuma”, we commonly use it in soups, pumpkin creams and cakes, but It called my attention to know that you can also prepare pumpkin puree, it was remarkable to see that with seeds and shells you can feed your animals, we can make the pumpkin puree and take it as a companion in our meals, really interesting.
