Home noodles for Lagman

Ingredients


  • 400 g of wheat or buckwheat flour;
  • 3 egg yolks;
  • ½ cup of milk.

Preparation



Sift flour, add yolks and milk into it and mix dough for noodles. It is necessary to stir carefully about 15 minutes. After the dough is sufficiently steep, take it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Take the dough from the refrigerator, thinly roll and cut into narrow strips.

If you want, you can not cut, but draw noodles.
