Tasty and simple oatmeal cookies

This is the third recipe for oatmeal cookies, which I have made over the past three days, and it turned out to be perfect! The cookies turned out crispy, crumbly and very easy to prepare. At the base is oatmeal, buckwheat flour, coconut oil and almond paste. Instead of buckwheat flour, you can use oatmeal, half-bean, coconut, almond or wholegrain wheat flour. In any case, it will be very tasty!

For 12 cookies:
- 2/3 cup oatmeal
- 4 tbsp. buckwheat flour
- 3 tbsp. spoons of coconut oil extra virgin
- 3 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp. Spoons of almond paste
- 2 pinches of salt
- dry ginger and cinnamon to taste
- 1 egg

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, adding an egg at the end. Preheat oven to 170 ° C. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet. Form cookies on paper - it should be thin, about 0.2 inches in height and about 2.3 inches in diameter. Send to bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the biscuits from the oven, let them cool, and rather pour the delicious tea.
