RUSSIAN FAVOURITE SALAD - OLIV'E
OLIV'E is a dish that has 100 variants of its origin and history. The name itself is a French one and the main recipe went from that country but there ar no way to find the only truth.
In Russia this salad is EXTREMELY popular and it's cooked to every holiday almost in every family! But each family has its own variant (ingridients can be changed) but I will tell you the classic type of it.
SO
- sausages
- potato
- cucumber (marinade one)
- eggs
- mayonesse
People cook (boil) them all except cucumbers, cut and mix with - mayonesse. That's it!

Hi! This is much better than a hamburger!! For me, I would not put any meat in my salad, I'll put boiled eggs instead!
