[키위♥] Food Porn - 닭꼬치 좋아하세요? Do you like Chicken kebab?

안녕하세요~ 뉴질랜드에 살고 있는 키위♥에요 ^^

Hi, I am Kiwifruit♥ [키위♥] living in Auckland, New Zealand.

얼마 전에 만들었던 닭꼬치 사진 올려봅니다. 윤기가 좔좔 흐르죠? ㅋㅋ 아파트에 살고 있지만 무려 직화구이했습니다.ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 덕분에 집안에 연기가 한가득 ㄷㄷㄷ;;;
전 개발자지만 컴퓨터 앞에만 앉아 있는 건 아니에요ㅋㅋㅋ 요리, 베이킹도 자주 많이 합니다. 만드는 과정 사진은 안 찍어서 없지만 나중에 요리할 땐 따로 준비해서 레시피 형식으로 올려볼게요~

Here are some photos of Korean Chicken Kebab that I made few days ago. I am currently living in a flat but yeah.. I did FLAMBE!! (Grilled on actual fire..) Though it was full of smoke LOL, it was so tasty.
I am a programmer but I do not just sit in front of the computer. I often cook and bake stuffs. Well, while I cooked, I did not take any photos which might show you some step-by-step methods of how to make chicken kebab. But I will try next time.

이건 굽기 전에 파, 양파, 초벌한 닭고기를 꼬치에 끼워서 준비해 둔 거네요. 양념은 매콤달콤하게 술안주 스타일로 해봤어요ㅋ

This shows ingredients before I flambe. Spring onion, onion, garlic and slightly cooked chicken pieces are on the skewers. For the sauce, I made it pretty spicy and sweet like Bar style.

사진 보니까 또 먹고 싶네요 ㅠ_ㅠ 닭꼬치, 치킨, 닭도리탕 (닭볶음탕), 삼계탕... 치킨이면 다 사랑합니다 ㅎㅎ

Omg this just makes me starve again. :'(

그러고보니 한국은 이제 아침이네요^^;; 여기랑 3시간 차이난다는 걸 깜빡했네요.
