We continue to harvest. Tomatoes for marinating
I take everything, and green (dairy), and brown, and red.
When marinating in three-liter jars is very convenient to lay on the bottom just immature tomatoes.
They're harder and less wrinkled.
The result is beautiful, varied and delicious.
