Soursop Truffle

Ingredients

300 grams soursop, remove the seed and pure
150 grams Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
100 grams Whipped Cream
250 grams Milk Cooking Chocolate, chopped
25 grams Chocolate Powder


Making Steps

In the medium pan with medium heat cook soursop, sugar and lemon juice till half thick, cooling down and make little balls,set aside

Heat the whipped cream add in milk cooking chocolate, cook and stir well till melted, off the heat and cooling down.

Take 1 spoon of chocolate dough and fill with soursop ball and make ball shape again, do it with remaining chocolate dough.

Roll the balls in chocolate powder till covered perfectly. And Your snack is ready for serve. But You may covered the balls with peanut chunk, dry coconut, rice chocolate or melted dark chocolete as Your desire
