Bak Kut Teh

Ingredients

600 grams Pork Ribs, cut into few pieces
1 bulb Garlic, just crushed a little bit but not peeled the skin
25 grams of roasted Fresh Pepper
2 Star Anise
5 cm cinnamon
Pepper Powder, Salt, Sugar
3 liters of Water

Making Steps

Put into a cloth bag roasted Fresh Pepper, star anise,cinnamon and tie. Set aside
We're going use pressure cooker to saving cooking time, first roasted garlic until brownish yellow, add in the rib, pour the water and add in spices bag. Cooked about 1 hour till ribs are tender and seasoning with pepper powder, salt and sugar. Pour in to serving bowl, serve it with white rice and soy sauce, but don't forget the TEA for strengthen the taste of Bak Kut Teh.
