Tokkebi Hotdog/Potato Hotdog with Quail Eggs

Ingredients

4 pcs Sausage, half
4 pcs Boiled Quail Eggs
100 grams Frozen Potato, half ( thinly cutting )
4 pcs Skewers
fat for deep fry

Dipping Dough

1/2 cup Flour
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 Egg
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
40 ml Milk
Salt

Making Steps

Dipping Dough : In medium bowl whisk flour, cornstarch, egg. Pouring milk and seasoning with sugar and salt.
Make a row in skewer, made from sausage, quail egg and sausage again. Do same way for the rest all sausage and quail eggs.
Dip the sausage into dipping dough and roll over in dice potato, make it compact.
( use hand to tighten)
Fry in deep fry until golden and brownie.
Lift from the fat and drain in towel paper, when it dried spread the Sauces (mayonnaise, mustard, chili sauce, tomato sauce, as you wish)
