Chocolate Mint Candy

Ingredients
1st Layer
30 grams Unsalted Butter, melted
2nd Layer
125 grams Refined Sugar2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Milk
Peppermint Essence
3rd Layer
30 grams Unsalted Butter
Making Steps
First layer, In saucepan heat the chocolate with butter till shine, pour in to pan and fridge.
2nd layer, In heat-resistant bowl mix sugar, oil, milk, essence peppermint, heat the bowl on low heat till melted, spread on top the cold chocolate and back to fridge again.
3rd layer, melted chocolate and butter till shine, cooling down a while first before You spread on cold 2nd layer and once more back to fridge again.
Remove chocolate from the fridge and cut as you desire.
