Cap Chai
Ingredients
100 grams Bean, 3 cm cutted
100 grams Broccoli
100 grams Fresh Button Mushrooms, sliced
100 grams Cauliflower
2 Carrots, sliced
5 Baby Corn, halfed
4 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Spring Onion, raw chopped
1/2 cup of Meat Balls, sliced
1/2 cup Boneless Chicken Meat, cube
1 inch Ginger, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch - mixed with cold water
1/2 cup Water
Sugar, Salt & Pepper Powder
Making steps
Stir-fry garlic until fragrant then put in onion, add in carrot, broccoli, chicken, meat balls and mushrooms, give water. After the carrots are almost cooked enter the beans and baby corn . Seasoning with sugar, salt and pepper. Pour the mixed cornstarch, stir well and wait until boil and thicken.
Serve in serving plate and Your Cap Chai is ready.
