Ingredients

500 grams Beef Lungs, cut halfed
2 tablespoons Coriander Powder
1 tablespoon Sweet Cumin Powder
1 tablespoon White Cumin Powder
8 tablespoons of Fresh Ground Pepper
4 shallots, grounded
2 cloves garlic, grounded
Thick Sweet Soybean Sauce
Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper
Ginger, Galangal and Lemongrass, smashed them

Suate

2 tablespoon Butter
4 Garlic, finely chopped
4 Shallots, finely chopped
1 Large Onion, sliced
Thick Sweet Soybean Sauce
1 tablespoon Cayenne Powder
Salt for seasoning


Making Steps

Boiled beef lungs with a little salt, ginger, galangal and lemongrass. When they cooked lift and dried.
Sliced with thinly sliced, soak with all spices about 3 hours and fried. set aside
In mediun pan melted butter, suate garlic and shallots, cook till fragrant and color changes, add in fried beef lungs stir well, pour the soybean sauce, sliced onion and seasoning with cayenne powder and salt. Mix until perfectly blended and seasoning absorbs. And off the heat.
Serve in Serving plate and springkle with chopped coriander, and now You ready to enjoy it.
