• The sign is traditional Thai script, but a stylized font (nice observation!)
• The bunny creature is a child named Mardi, dressed up in a rabbit costume (Mardi is inspired by the artist's daughter)
• The photo was taken in mid/late morning: 11:30am. The lack of sunlight in this area comes more from big buildings and malls blocking out the sun ;)
• This was taken from a public transport system, an exit from a BTS Skytrain station.
