MINI-CONTEST #5: What Feature Would You Want For Steemit? (Winner Gets An Upvote) - Three Hour Limit
Hey people of steem,
You got three hours to give me a feature you want for steemit. It can be a real suggestion or something crazy like the ability to order pizza when I click the pizza icon on the corner of the screen. Or the ability to have video chat. I will be giving some small upvotes to a couple and one big one to the winner.
For me I would want to see a contest page replace the trending page, the voting power spread out more. And maybe the ability to play games that give out steem. how cool to have a game page on the side that we could play steem games on. It would need its own SM to be profitable though, we need to worry about spreading steem too thin. What games we could have can the next question :p.
I hope to do a lot more of these in the near future (like daily) so any support would be appreciated.
1)A tag browse/search field just below the Tags Title and above the tag lists
I find it very difficult to search for tag of my choice. Most of the tags listed on the steemit page may not interest me and I may want to search for a special tag that is not popular but difficult to find. I think steemit create ways to search for other tags other than the popular ones already imbedded on the platform
2)Achievements/Awards Featured On user Profile
It is a good thing to see that steemitboard award badges for achievements. But i am also not happy that these badges are not featured on our profile. It should be featured to gain more commitment to the platform.
3)Separate area for Witness /or other Authority’s posts
I find it difficult to get update of some special writers posts if i am not online for 2days.
Steemit should try to create room to favourite special writers we think are great so that we can be able to view their posts easily when we are offline for long instead of having to visit their pages individually.
4)Creating a way to chat with followers or those following you on this platform
I would love steemit to create a means to chat with users on this platform in real time instead of going over to discord to find users to chat with. If steemit can create a way to private chat users on this platform, it would help create stronger relationship and communication among users. This should be done because they are things we may want to say to one another privately and the "comment" and " reply" section won't be the best option for that. The live chat would also enable us know active followers.
5)Ability to create group and pages like facebook
Steemit should create the ability for users to create groups and pages. These groups would bring together people with similar interests and contents. For example users who love to draw can be on one group and share ideas by communicating with one another. Users who love to post on inspirational posts like myself can be on one group and get to know one another better.
These are some of my observations and areas I would love steemit to improve on.

Steemit should be like it should be connected worldwide like everything buying pizza ,tickets ,e-shopping, booking hotel rooms....
I would say it should work like a separate search engine and each article we see has been tokenized with steem....i see many sites have been banning crypto so we wont be dependent on them anymore......
This thing will bring millions and billions of users here and will change steem and i guess will be competent to Bitcoin Core.

A custom feed. Something each user can tweak to their liking. Or something that shapes around your posting genre/style, find creative folks of similar tastes ect. It's great to practice these kind of games, who knows where an idea can take off from...

Hm, how about something like a holiday button or automated posting button? Imagine you don't have the time to be online on Steemit.
The holiday or automated posting button allows you to create a template incorporating articles you wrote and want to be released within that time period you are absent, while at the same time you can choose the exact time you want your posts to be released and, if you wish, pre-invest in a bid-bot which will upvote your article at the time of your choice, or activate automated self-voting on your article. By activating the button, you can reassuredly go offline for the length you desire, and be sure that your posts will be exactly released at the time you predetermined with exactly the same process running as if you were online.
So you can take your time off irrespective of whether you simply want a break from Steemit or don't have the time to go online on Steemit. Yet you are engaging regardless!
Additionally, when the reader opens such an article, they will see that the author is not available, for the holiday button will show that to the reader. So they can choose then whether they still want to leave a comment or not.

Runner-up vote, I always wanted a service to schedule future posts being posted.
I would like there to be a section where we can play classic games like SNAKE, PACMAN, BLOCKS and we can gain Sbd or extra STEEM so they would help us in a fun and good way. In addition to being an excellent way for people to become more interested in the chain of STEEM blocks as they would implement more and more games on this as well as games such as kriptokitties that have made a lot of money in the chain of blocks ethereum but that be in Steemit.

I think a feature where you can play in-browser games would be awesome. Browser games on the blockchain! Could you imagine winning Steem and SBD for playing games within the Steem ecosystem? That would be sweet.
You can already play poker for Steem but it's clunky and not used by many people. I'd love to just go to a page on Steemit where there are a tonne of games to choose from where I can win Steem or SBD for my efforts. That would be totally sweet.

I understand the issues with legality by Country as well as maintaining enough steem/sbd to trade instantly ... but a man can dream.
