Incorrect - the rules state 50% of the liquid earnings. 8.48 SBD is paid for the post... 4.24 is paid in SBD 4.24 is paid in SteemPower.
You correctly were paid half of the liquid earnings.
It's best to say thank you rather than come out with accusations, but if you do accuse make sure you're right!

Actually you were not asking a question, if you used a translators service, it did not work.
You made a claim that IT was missing, not if it was missing.
Answer: The pending payout is not correct. The actual paid out in SBD is less. The rest is paid in SteemPower which takes 13 weeks to power down.
