Contest #8: Who is ranked 9^th in Reputation?

We all know what is the reputation on the Steem blockchain. On Steemit, the integer part of the reputation of a Steemian is the number between parentheses just after the display name.

For example, the reputation number displayed on my blog is 70. However, the reputation number is not just an integer, it has a decimal part. For me, today, before this post, it is around 70.108.

If we take all the Steemians and we rank them according to their reputations, the first one will be @steemsports. It has the highest reputation, currently around 78.625.

The question to answer for this contest is: Who is ranked 9^th in Reputation?

To participate in this contest, you need to do two things, before Tuesday, February 27^th, 10:00AM (Pacific Time):

1. Send 0.001 STEEM or SBD to me (@vcelier) with a memo that starts with the character '#' and that includes only the username of the Steemian that is ranked 9^th in reputation as of now.
   It is important that the memo starts with the character '#' as it encrypts it and I will be the only one able to read it in my wallet. Any memo that does not start with '#' will disqualify the contestant.

2. Send in a comment to this post the amount in dollars shown as the reward for this post as displayed on Steemit on Thursday, March 1^st, 10:00AM (Pacific Time).

Only one entry reply per person and no update. Anybody that sends several entry replies or updates their entry reply will be disqualified.

So, think carefully before answering: you have more than three days, there is no advantage to reply early. In fact it is better to reply during the last few hours, as the reward amount does not change much after 3 days, except when the price of Steem changes a lot.

You can make as many non entry comments as you want, but avoid any hint.

The winner will need to give the correct username and be the closest for the dollar amount.
If several contestants have the exact same winning answers, the one with the earliest comment with the dollar amount will be declared the winner.

The prize will be 60% of the liquid award of this post.

UPDATE: We have a winner!

There were 32 valid submitted answers to the first question sent to me, @vcelier, in a secret memo.

There were 18 submissions for @kingscrown.
I believe that the @kingscrown submitters went to https://steemwhales.com and got the ranking by reputation.
What they had not realized is that steemwhales.com has not been updated for more than 2 months.
So no, @kingscrown was not the correct answer.

There were 6 submissions for @ozchartart.
Those that submitted this answers were smarter: they got the reputations of several of the Steemians listed at the beginning of the reputation list from steemwhales,com and indeed, @ozchartart was number 9.
But, this was not either the correct answer.

What all these submitters had not realized is that there was a Steemian that is very far in the reputation ranking on steemwhales.com and that was ranked 8th when the contest was posted: @haejin.
