Is CHANGE Good or Bad?

Change is constant.
Change is success.
Or downfall.
Or fear.

Is CHANGE good or bad?
There's no good or bad here, only helpful or not.

Is CHANGE helpful or not?
Do you say yes or no?

I say both.

But why CHANGE is helpful?
If you're in bad situation, you want change, hopefully to better.
If you're fired, you want change, a new job.

And why CHANGE is not helpful?
If you're in a happy relationship, you don't want change.
If you're in a good job, you don't want change.

But is CHANGE that convenient for you?
Not at all, it comes unexpectedly and sometimes, dangerous. It strikes all humans blindly. You could relate it to Weather.

If you're in bad situation, CHANGE might be good. Else, it's bad for you.

What if there is a better way to face CHANGE?
It's good when you perceive it as good.
It's bad when you perceive it as bad.
It's neutral when you don't define it at all.

It's not about what CHANGE befall you, it's how you face it.

There's only one thing you can control.
Yourself.
Your thoughts.
Your actions.
